My Little Kitty - Levi x Neko!Reader - Modern!AU

"Alright little shit. I have a date coming over tonight and I don't want you acting spoiled." Levi said to his cat [F/n].

She didn't usually act spoiled. She just got easily jealous.

The tabby kitten tilted it's head to the side adorably. Even though she understood Levi well she pretended to act confused.

"You know you understand me. One act of selfishness and you're going in your cage." Levi said.

[F/n] hissed and ran away.

"At least she'll be hidden for the rest of the night." Levi sighed just as the doorbell rang.

He opened the door and was greeted with golden eyes.

"Hi Levi!" The ginger said happily.

"Hi Petra. Come in." Levi said as she smiled and walked in.

The tabby kitten [F/n] poked her head out form the wall of the hallway.

"I was really nervous when I came here. I'm still surprised you suggested we had this date at your house." Petra said.

[F/n] hissed but didn't expect it to be loud enough for the pair to hear.

Levi glared at the kitten while Petra just squealed and ran over to her.

"LEVI OH MY GOD! I DIDN'T KNOW YOU HAD A KITTEN! SHE'S SO ADORABLE! WHAT'S HER NAME?" Petra yelled as Levi covered his ears.

"Stop yelling. Her name's [F/n]." Levi said.

Petra tried to pick her up but [F/n] hissed and ran to Levi.

"Go to your room." Levi said.

[F/n] shook her head.

"Now. Or no food for 3 days."

[F/n] ran as fast as her four legs could take her to her room.

The raven-haired male sighed.

"Anyway."

The two had been talking and [F/n] was in her small cat bed pacing back and forth.

She was about to just give up and go to sleep when she smelled something delicious.

She slowly walked to the kitchen and saw Petra at the table and Levi at the stove.

Petra looked at the kitten and moved nervously.

"What's wrong?" Levi asked noting Petra's nervous face.

"You cat is back in here..." She said.

Levi walked over to the table and looked beside it.

"She's not there." He said.

"She was!" Petra protested.

Levi sighed.

"If she comes back in here I'll make sure she doesn't do anything to you." He said.

Petra nodded.

The tabby slowly walked to Levi and poked his leg with her claw.

Levi slowly turned around and saw her by him.

"What are you doing in here?"

"Mew."

Levi picked the kitten up and put her in her bed by the couch.

"Stay."

[F/n] hissed in response.

"Why is she so mean?" Petra asked.

"She's just like that at times with new people. She's very sweet once you get to know her." Levi said.

Petra only nodded.

Levi and Petra were sitting on the couch watching a movie. Levi looked down at [F/n]s bed and saw she was sleeping.

He slowly picked her up and put the kitten on his lap.

Petra slowly reached a hand out to pet [F/n] and she purred in response.

"Maybe I could get used to this."

It was about 11:00 at night and Levi had drove Petra home.

When he came home [F/n] was still sleeping on the couch.

He gave a small smile to the kitten and went over and picked her up. He put her in her bed and headed off for bed.

*~The next morning~*

Levi woke up to a loud crash and woke up. He groaned and got out of bed.

"What the hell?"

And then another crash.

Levi snapped awake and ran into the direction of the noise.

"What the hell is going on here?" Levi asked as the cat simply pointed her paw to the side of her.

On the side of her was a piece of paper with the words "I Love You" written sloppily in paint.

Levi smiled and walked over to his kitten. He kissed her head as she purred in response.

"I'm sorry I neglected you last night. How about a big breakfast to make up for it?" Levi asked as [F/n] gave a loud meow in response.

Levi chuckled and walked in the kitchen with his tabby kitten [F/n] in tow.
